Marine Grosclaude is a junior associate attorney at Vondran Legal, where she handles copyright and trademark prosecution and litigation for creators and rights holders. Her work includes prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, addressing infringement arising from unauthorized online use, and supporting litigation in state and federal courts. She also advises clients on contract review, negotiation and rights clearance for creative projects, with a focus on ownership, licensing, and exploitation rights. Marine regularly works with artists and creative professionals, including photographers, comedians, and emerging musicians, providing practical guidance on rights protection, brand development, contractual risk, and enforcement strategy.

Prior to joining Vondran Legal, she gained experience in business and legal affairs at FilmNation Entertainment and in intellectual property prosecution and litigation support at Hankin Patent Law, APC.
