Fast forward in 2012, the wife, undiagnosed bipolar ... , calls ICE on him. He is put in proceedings. In 2015, she provoked another incident, getting both arrested. Children are placed on fosters homes for 8 months. Father fights for custody and he is successful. Children are released to him in September 2015. Mother refuses to seek psychological evaluation and treatment. 42A granted on January 2017.
