Kenneth Stevan Burgi

The emphasis of my client services are to provide one-on-one and personalized representation. I began as a law clerk with the law firm of Greene, O’Reilly, Agnew and Broilette in Los Angeles and left the firm as an attorney. From there, I moved to Orange County, California in the mid-1980s where I eventually opened my own office with an emphasis in Personal Injury and Family Law.  

Although my initial practice was Personal Injury only, in the 1980s I became a single parent (Primary Custodial Parent) of my first child and this personal experience led to the undertaking of Family Law matters as part of my case load. Occasionally, I would undertake a Criminal Law defense case to continue my jury trial skills. Such cases included felony criminal trials and white collar crimes. This diverse initial practice led to thinking outside the box when approaching case strategies in all fields.

The practice is now limited to Personal Injury (including auto collision, premises liability, and products liability, etc) and Family Law (including child custody, division of community property assets and debts, restraining orders, etc).
