Kate Tierney Rinaldi

Founded in 1989, the Law & Mediation Office of Kate T. Rinaldi has built a reputation for assisting parties with productive family conflict resolution.  Our office maintains effective working relationships with other professionals.  Through this cooperation, clients are beneficially served by a team effort aimed at meeting the client’s goals.  Toward this objective, we work closely with child custody evaluators, forensic accountants, physicians, appraisers, financial planners and other key experts.

 Kate Rinaldi has extensive experience in family law matters, having represented clients in a wide range of complex matters for over 20 years.  Her experience as a dispute resolution professional, with specialized training above and beyond that required for lawyers, makes her a unique advocate for her clients.  She is also a recognized expert in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and a frequent lecturer and trainer in the field of effective conflict resolution.
