Biography
As a former Orange County Senior Deputy District Attorney with over 22 years of legal experience John knows and understands his opposition from having been on the other side. Now as a Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Lawyer John brings his vast legal knowledge and trial experience to his clients. John prides himself on personally handling each case. This gives him the opportunity to apply his hands on approach to reach the results his clients deserve.
With over 120 jury trials in cases such as murder, torture, sexual assault, vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence, drugs, domestic violence, juvenile offenses, assaults, theft-property crimes, complex insanity trials, civil emergency protective orders, and temporary restraining orders, John has been recognized as an Outstanding Trial Attorney by both the Riverside and Orange County District Attorney’s Offices. Some of John’s cases have been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Talk, Discovery ID, and have received publications as far as South Africa.
John graduated from the University of Southern California in 1986 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1992. He has lectured at California Baptist University, lectured to local law enforcement agencies, and coached high school mock trial.
