I-485/131/765 was filed Aug 7th, I-130 approved on Sept23rd. Any reason why EAD I-131 is not approved yet?

Most likely. If it said Request for Initial Evidence, yes, it delayed the initial processing of the I-131 and I-765.

Based on our most recent I-129F filings, I would estimate 6 months for USCIS to process, then a few more months to get the consular interview ready.
