Jamin Samuel Soderstrom

Jamin S. Soderstrom prides himself on being both an astute advisor and a passionate advocate for his clients. He is a trial and appellate attorney with a diverse practice that spans a host of business industries and legal fields but that always remains grounded in strategic thinking, creative leadership, and a commitment to service.

Mr. Soderstrom's rich legal experience includes working for the dean of his law school (Kenneth Starr), serving in two remarkable judges' chambers (Alex Kozinski and Harold DeMoss), cutting his teeth at one of the five most prestigious law firms in the nation (Sullivan & Cromwell), and then honing his skills at elite litigation boutiques in Texas (Reynolds Frizzell) and California (Call & Jensen).

Mr. Soderstrom has represented companies and individuals both as defense counsel and plaintiff’s counsel in matters where the amounts at issue ranged from under $100,000 to over $100 million. Regardless of the size of case or type of law, he advises his clients with a singular goal of securing the best possible outcome in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Mr. Soderstrom is licensed to practice in all state courts in California and Texas. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Central District of California and the Southern District of Texas. He is willing to accept new clients and regularly agrees to co-counsel with other lawyers when doing so best serves the clients' needs.
