Not your typical divorce

My life went upside down the day my wife took our kids and left. Over the next two plus years, I went through what I would have thought to be unimaginable. There's way too much to detail in a review, but let's just say I was very fortunate to be able to find Hedieh. My wife was doing everything in he...r power to try and make sure I would never see our kids again. She kept them from me for more than a year even though I had visitation orders, eventually fleeing to another state. Hedieh helped get the kids physically back to me, get me full legal custody, and eliminate any spousal support. Not to mention helping me through a number of extremely difficult situations along the way. She was always empathetic and supportive while also handling the difficult legal situation I was in. I am truly blessed for having my kids back and starting over in a new positive direction. The best possible outcome in a horrible life event. I will always be grateful for her help.

God sent

Mrs. Fazeli was my family attorney for the last 7years. If it wasn't for her knowledge and experience and support through a very very difficult divorce. No Custody to Sole Custody

I would highly recommend Hedieh Fazeli to represent the interests of anyone I know. Prior to Mrs Fazeli, my attorney advised me to give in on a bunch of conditions that I objected to the entire time which led to me divorcing him from the case. After interviewing a dozen or so attorneys, Mrs Fazeli ca...me across as someone who gets personally invested and fights for her clients best interests. Since that time she has more than lived up to that first impression I’ve had of her. Mrs Fazeli began my case in a deep hole. I had no legal or physical custody, supervised visits for 2 hours a day on the 1st and 3rd weekends and facing constant threats of TROs. As we approach the end, all accusations have been proven untrue, TROs thrown out, I now have sole legal and physical and moved us back to my home state where my child has been reunited with her large extended family and living her best little kid life. Pretty sure I’m making Hedieh her godmother in the near future.

Exceptional human being and lawyer

Going through child custody is one of the hardest things anyone can experience as a parent. These are matters that are very complicated and I cannot say enough about how incredibly supportive and kind Hedieh had been and continues to be. Exceptionally informed amd skilled about the law, kind hearted,... and psychologically minded; she was the best person to help me with the most emotionally difficult challenge of my life, that of gaining full legal and physical custody of my precious child.
