It is never a happy event to find yourself in need of a personal injury attorney.  This need usually means you or someone you love has been hurt and life has been upended.  It is also a stressful time because it can mean entering an arena of players who handle these tragedies daily but not necessaril...y with any personal concern or investment.  Such was the case for our family.  A family member, riding a bike, was struck by a truck while crossing the street in a bike crossing zone.  It was an accident and the driver felt horrible.  We would have left it there and wanted no harm to come to the driver.  We all make mistakes.  We just wanted healing for our family member and to move forward.  However the driver's insurance company was not acting in good faith.
