Darren helped me out with some questions and issues I had regarding a piece of property (re: Liens, quit-claims, back-taxes, & other assorted unpleasant legalities) -- he was fast, efficient, courteous and kind. When I had questions, which to me seemed as though they might be dumb or have obvious ans...wers, he never talked down and always explained in simple, easy to understand terms. In the end, his answers were all correct and he helped me make the right decisions in my case. In another matter, he gave me an excellent referral to another attorey who also turned out to be great.

I was referred to Mr. Smith through a college at work. From the first phone conversation I felt like I had someone on my side. Bankruptcy for me was a very frightening thought as I had never been in this position before and I had no idea how it would turn out. Mr. Smith was amazing. He walked me thro...ugh it all step by step and made sure I understood exactly what was happening at all times. With the help of Mr. Smith I have been able to move on and rebuild my life. Do I ever want to see Mr. Smith again? No, as I have no interest in ever being in this position again but if I ever am, Mr. Smith will be the first person I call. I can't thank you enough.
