Biography
Dane Gilliam has a diverse background which makes him particularly suited to practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. After litigating medical malpractice, premises liability and motor vehicle claims, Dane changed his practice focus over 10 years ago to concentrate exclusively on Workers’ Compensation. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of La Verne College of Law, and also received his Masters in Business Administration from that University. While earning his undergraduate degree in legal studies at University of California, Santa Cruz, Dane was a captain on the men’s volleyball team and was honored as an All American. Dane considers it a privilege to help injured workers in California obtaining the treatment, benefits, and settlements that they deserve.
