Aubrey Elizabeth Antovich

Aubrey is the Founding Attorney and CEO of NovoFlex Counsel Inc.  Prior to founding NovoFlex Counsel, Aubrey served as legal advisor to some of the most well-known tech disruptors (Broadcom, Fitbit and a joint venture between Google and Johnson & Johnson to name a few).  This experience not only honed Aubrey’s expertise in contract drafting and negotiation but also in managing risks, devising preventive legal strategies, and resolving complex workplace issues.  Throughout Aubrey's career, a recurring observation was the significant challenge businesses face due to rising legal costs and limited resources preventing businesses from proactively managing the inherent risks of business operations.  Recognizing this gap, Aubrey envisioned NovoFlex Counsel as a dedicated partner providing legal services tailored to meet the specific needs of small to mid-sized businesses and support in-house legal teams in navigating legal and compliance complexities efficiently. With a robust background as a seasoned in-house legal professional, Aubrey brings a wealth of experience in providing sensible legal counsel and operational support to organizations across various industries.
