Jeffrey Marks advises and represents clients in a variety of contractual matters, including, but not limited to, license agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial leases, supply and distribution agreements, financing agreements and software and technology agreements.

Jeffrey Marks has substantial skill and experience in handling corporate mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and other business combinations. He has successfully represented business owners throughout California and Nevada on a broad range of transactions, including but not limited to stock purchases, mergers, reverse mergers, share exchanges, asset purchases, divestitures and spin-offs.

Jeffrey Marks takes a practical approach to structuring private placements in a manner that best fits the needs and goals of his clients, including, but not limited to, advising his clients on the pros and cons of offering common stock, preferred stock, debt, convertible securities, or a hybrid of the foregoing. He has represented both private and public companies in financings across a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, web commerce, telecommunications and restaurants.
