We couldn't be more happy with the quality of service we received from Mr Denison. I called him, desperate for help regarding an Unlawful Detainer on a Friday evening, yet he still returned my call promptly and spent a long time talking to me on this initial consultation. He immediately put my mind a...t ease, we spoke about terms and I signed a contract to hire him by Monday morning. We were in a situation in which our landlord was harassing us and trying to force us out of our rental home by not cleaning up the mold and rats that had resulted from multiple plumbing leaks and the house being re-piped. Instead of fixing the house, the landlord declared the house uninhabitable, he wanted to hide all of the problems, use the insurance money for cosmetic enhancements and evict our family so he could rent out his newly renovated (but still rat and mold infested) house for more money.
