Unresponsive and unfulfilled contract with client
Bruce is very unresponsive. My case is still not resolved since 2006. We signed a contract and he failed to give me copy of my contract then responses to my calls sporadically. I emailed him and call him the past six months. The last time we met to discuss our case was 11/2008. He has not respon...
