What recourse do I have getting involved with a fraudulent internet company? They are charging $1,000's to my credit cards.

Pay attention to Ms. Trevino. First thing get them off your credit cards by talking to the credit card fraud departments.

It is a 100% scam. Ask yourself, if you won something why would you have to work for them and provide a bank account number?

I agree with Mr. Swenson, it is defamation. But you may have other remedies as well, speak to an attorney who specializes in employment law.

She can't sue you for anything, you did not commit libel by telling a third party she was a possible scammer, you told her direct. Just ignore her.

Just delete it, I get dozens of these a week in my spam folder - obviously the job is a scam and if it was real it would be illegal anyway.

This is 100% a scam - contact your state Attorney General and your credit card company fraud division if they have your card number.

I agree with Mr. Williams, the priority is to get the returns filed before the IRS contacts you. A tax preparer is the place to start.
