Phil is amazing. Last year I had a pretty traumatic incident at a grocery store, and really had no idea what I was going to do. I had some doctor's bills, had to take off of work, and got behind on a few things. I had a car accident back in November 2017. I was in pain but didn't know what to do about it. I had no idea who to contact after the accident, but listening Kevin & Bean in the mornings I had always heard of Sweet James Bergener. I called in to explain my situation they immediately took my case. I f...irst gained their trust when after I had reported my accident to my insurance they (my insurance) told me unfortunately I wasn't covered for damages to my car because the other driver was uninsured. At first I was crushed, but soon got over it. I was grateful that he was 100% honest with me. I was impressed with his confidence, but I'll be honest, I wasn't going to have expectations. All I wanted were my bills paid and the lawyers paid. I had been blessed plenty with a successful back surgery that relieved my physical pain. I was ok with not getting any money back for myself. All expenses on their end were taken care of, my medical bills were taken care of (mind you there technically wasn't enough money to cover all of them), oh and that leaves you with a check for a nice amount of money I was not expecting at all. In September 2016, I survived a bad car accident. I was hit broadside on the driver's side, and my van was totaled.
