Pursuant to that contract, disagreements between the parties arose and GGUSd repeatedly failed to Account and pay for services rendered. invoices sent from ASC to GGUSD for services rendered to students in the GGUSD for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003 (the names of the students have been redacted for privacy reasons). For that time period, the GGUSD owes ASC not less than $197,900.60. Despite repeated requests for payment, this debt is still outstanding.
