Marc John Daniel Ellis

On April 19, 2006, Marc received a phone call from his father that forever changed his life while shaping his legal practice. He was informed that his older sister Connie was killed in an auto collision on a rural road in Florida where she lived. She left behind three beautiful children, a caring husband, devastated parents, and a despondent brother, all of whom have been inexorably altered by this tragedy. He holds her memory and inspiration in his heart and seeks to honor her memory by helping those in need.

Marc JD Ellis is a California attorney who focuses his practice on helping people who have been hurt in preventable accidents or whose rights have been violated by their employers. Marc has been practicing for more than 13 years, and his interest in law began when he successfully represented himself in an unemployment dispute with a former employer who was trying to prevent him from obtaining benefits after being laid off because of downsizing. He has worked in many aspects of law ranging from criminal to family law to bankruptcy and real estate. For the last decade, he has committed himself to personal injury to seek redress for those persons harmed by others.

After completing his undergraduate education at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Marc attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2003 and founded the Ellis Law Firm immediately thereafter. Marc is married to Maribel, a fellow attorney and is the proud father of three children. He is a long-suffering Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan, but at least he has the Yankees.
