There's a saying in the law that says you can't enjoin a crime. so no I don't think it will be effective to stop future criminal conduct.

The only really good thing to discuss with your lawyer is whether you are eligible for a program if the search and facts support the charges.

I'd expect that the dmv suspended after your arrest, per se. No the wet class isn't 3 months so it won't suffice.
