Sample of Legal Cases
Custody concerns addressed and Father obtained orders desired. Additional orders obtained in Father's favor as to the residence and schooling of the minor children.
Obtained award of custody for Mother despite a full forensic evaluation that favored father. Litigated forensic matter and overcame recommendation resulting in orders for Mother as to the minor.
Litigated issue as to spousal support ruled in Wife's favor following significant testimony and evidence. Husband's assertions as to his income and other financial resources were decided by the court in favor of Wife's requests for Order.
