NOT Responsive and Unprofessional
Tried working with Mark for over 6 months. Started off fine, but communication dropped off to the point where he never returned emails or phone calls. Very unprofessional -- could have at least told us that he felt the case may not be winnable. I definitely do NOT recommend working with him.
