Biography
Prior to starting my own firm, I worked as a trial attorney for two boutique law firms, focusing on insurance bad faith litigation and personal injury. Growing up in a family dedicated exclusively to farming and public service instilled in me a strong belief in hard work and in treating people with respect and fairness. Through personal experiences with family and friends facing serious medical conditions, I came to understand the importance of quality health care and saw firsthand the unfortunate misbehavior of some insurance companies. This insight led me to transition my career toward a law practice specializing in insurance bad faith litigation across California. I have successfully represented people from all walks of life against billion-dollar insurance companies, including Anthem, Blue Shield, and New York Life. I have also represented clients in select personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury, mental health, and child sexual abuse cases.
