Debra Lynn Dec

I've been dealing with Debra Dec on, what should have been, a very simple real estate negotiation. Prior to Debra Dec taking on this case, her client and I had a cooperative and respectful relationship. However, Ms Dec's antagonistic demeanor and pressure tactics have had a deleterious effect on bo...th, the issue she was hired to resolve, as well as the relationship between her client and myself. As an example of one of her pressure tactics is demanding that I submit a signed contract accompanied by an email to her stating that "I signed the contract out of my own free will" - or she would not send contract to her client. A pretty odd demand - essentially pressuring me to say I was not pressured! Not only would such an email declaration be a non-legal instrument, but her bullying tactics border on black mail. Her knowledge of realestate law is limited. Her personal interaction skills are non-existent.
