This was, without question, the worst experience we have ever had with a legal representative. Based on our experience with Neale & Fhima handling our CFMOTO lemon law case, we would not recommend this firm. The biggest problem was a persistent lack of communication, organization, and basic guidance... throughout our representation. We repeatedly had to contact the firm ourselves just to find out what was happening with our case, what the next step was, and what they needed from us. We should not have had to constantly ask our own attorneys, “What happens next?” Yet that became a recurring part of our experience. Rather than the firm proactively managing our case and guiding us through the process, we frequently felt like we were managing the process ourselves. We had to follow up, ask for updates, identify what still needed to be done, and repeatedly request instructions. Even when we specifically asked what we needed to do, the answers were often vague or incomplete. One of the most unacceptable situations occurred when the attorney handling our case left the firm. We were not proactively notified that our attorney had left, we were not clearly told who was taking over, and we were not provided with an organized transition of our case. We had to contact the firm ourselves to figure out what was happening and who was now responsible for representing us. In our opinion, that is a fundamental case-management failure. A client should never be left wondering who is handling their legal matter because their assigned attorney departed and nobody adequately communicated the transition. Unfortunately, things did not improve as we approached the end of the case. Even while trying to finalize the settlement, we struggled to get clear instructions about something as basic as how and where to surrender the vehicle and how to properly complete the required paperwork. We specifically asked for direction and still found ourselves trying to figure out the process and then going back to the firm for clarification. At that point, our frustration was significant. After going through an entire lemon law case, we expected the attorneys handling it to have a clear process for bringing the matter to completion and to provide their clients with straightforward instructions. Instead, even the final steps required unnecessary back-and-forth and effort on our part. This review is not about one unanswered email, one missed telephone call, or simply being unhappy with the outcome of our case. It reflects the overall experience we had throughout the representation. The pattern was consistent: very little proactive communication, repeatedly having to contact the firm ourselves, vague or incomplete instructions, poor communication when our handling attorney left, and continued difficulty getting clear direction even at the final settlement and vehicle-surrender stage. We understand that attorneys have multiple clients and that there may be periods when there is nothing new to report. That was not the issue. Our problem was that we routinely felt responsible for determining what needed to happen next and then pursuing the firm for answers. We retained attorneys because we expected them to know the process, manage our case, communicate important developments, and tell us clearly what we needed to do. We did not expect to have to continually manage the communication and progression of our own legal matter. The fact that the CFMOTO matter ultimately moved toward resolution does not erase the experience we had getting there. A successful legal representation involves more than eventually reaching the end of a case. Clients should also be kept informed, given clear instructions, and have confidence that someone is actively managing their matter. We did not have that confidence here. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a law firm, and we would definitely not retain Neale & Fhima again. We cannot recommend this firm to others.

I’ve unfortunately had a terrible experience with Neale & Fhima. My initial contact began years ago, and I wholeheartedly believe it’s because of the severe lack of attention and care to my case that I’m still awaiting settlement. Intake was quick and easy, but the rest? Well, the rest has been h...ell on earth, in my personal opinion. I don’t feel like ANY urgency has been applied to my case. I feel like just a number - the biggest fear a client could have. I signed a settlement agreement months ago and I never feel like any progress has been made on my case until I contact this “firm” requesting an update. At that point, emails are suddenly exchanged and I’m then forwarded a response from Defense……a response that would have been furnished far sooner if Neale & Fhima performed adequate follow-up without the urging of clients with long overdue settlements. Personally, I would never hire Neale & Fhima if I could begin this process again.

I first contacted Aaron after having spoken to several other indifferent and pricey attorneys. He reviewed my case and was determined to get the best settlement for me. Aaron is a powerful advocate who cares about his clients and their needs. Whenever I had a question, he was very responsive and ...was sure to explain every detail thoroughly. He kept me informed throughout the progress of my case and was intelligent and practical with his approach. His determination and extensive experience allowed me to settle my case without having to go to court (which saved me time and energy). I have worked with other attorneys, but my experience with Mr. Fhima was by far the best. I highly recommend the Neale and Fhima firm.
