If it is Pasadena courthouse, you may want to transfer it to Stanley Mosk (down town LA) or Burbank; still within the county but different location.

No he cannot do that without court order; I think guardianship is the way to go.

FL-150 does not ask you to list properties, it asks the value of the properties only.

Take the exit order from DCFS and ask the family court to modify it. If you have no case with the family court then open one.
