Maxx Edward Sharp

Sharp Law is a results oriented law firm that provides excellent, personalized representation while never losing sight of the bigger picture. I strive to make the legal profession more understandable and accessible to my clients while undertaking the serious legal services necessary to preserve my clients’ rights and property.

Before starting this firm, I worked at Orange County law firms handling business litigation, fraud litigation, and other important cases from pre-litigation through trial. I have represented publicly traded companies, obtained injunctions stopping the sale of goods by unlawful competitors, deposed international fraudsters, and obtained more wins than I care to count in Court on behalf of individuals and corporations. I also served on litigation teams for local municipalities such as the County of Orange and City of Irvine, where I spent time preparing for trial. The majority of my experience is in the local Superior Courts of Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles, as well the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. I also have experience with confidential binding arbitration and litigation in courts outside of California (via pro hac vice).
