Biography
Prior to my Law carreer I spent 15 years in the construction industry and 4 years in the U.S. Navy as a deep sea diver and electrician. I have a Merchant Marine Captains license and 50 years experiance with boats on the pacific coast. I have equestrian experience and enjoyed playing polo on horse back for 15 years. I have been happily married to Joan Roberts for over 50 years. In my legal carreer I have handled criminal cses covering every crime on the books from petty theft to murder. I have handled civil cases in tort law, medical malpractice,(exclusively for 10 years), business and real estate litigation for both plaintiff and defense. My present love is private mediation of all types of civil, business and real estate matters. I volunteer as a mediator for the Superior Court of Orange County and the Federal district Court in Orange , Los Angeles and Riverside County, California. .
