I recently met and hired Jill and her law firm to handle my estate planning needs/documents when my previous attorney retired. Jill reviewed all of my in-place docs (living trust, will, advance medical directive, durable power of attorney, etc.) to make sure they were up-to-date, both with current l...aw but most importantly, met my specified beneficiary desires across these docs.
