Hugh Tra

Hugh represents diverse clients from various industries, working closely with entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals in the social media sector. He advises clients on a multitude of operational legal matters such as company formations, joint ventures, sales and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, and complex commercial arrangements in addition to managing and resolving business disputes.

Raised in a family of small business owners, he gained an early understanding of the unique challenges and needs of entrepreneurs, equipping him to align legal strategies effectively with clients’ business objectives. His background enables him to provide empathetic and practical counsel, ensuring clients’ interests are safeguarded while they focus on innovation and growth.

In addition to practicing law, Hugh serves as an infantry soldier in the California Army National Guard. Prior to his legal career, he served as a congressional staffer for a Representative from California in Washington D.C. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles and earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School
