My wife and I needed a comprehensive estate plan. We had a rudimentary outline of a plan, but no idea of how to put it together. We’ve known Mr. Horan for a number of years and knew that he had expertise in the area. We arranged a meeting and discussed our ideas and intentions. What followed ...was a draft of a plan. After a couple more meetings, discussions, and revisions, a plan that worked for us crystalized. There was a Trust. We were guided in placing our assets into that Trust (e.g. home, bank and stock accounts, etc). Last Will and Testaments were signed. Durable powers of attorney were executed so we could manage each other’s property and personal affairs should it become necessary, as well as Advance Health Care Directives. We ended up with a comprehensive plan and were very pleased with the result.
