An accomplished Trial attorney Mr. Wolensky has tried products liability, personal injury, and environmental cases throughout the country. This includes but is not limited to trials for the automotive industry, consumer products industry, sport helmet industry, medical device industry, amusement park industry, and transportation industry. Throughout his career, Gary Wolensky has served as lead trial counsel and handled catastrophic, high-stakes cases for companies in more than 30 states.

Mr. Wolensky holds a magna cum laude bachelor of arts from Villanova University and a juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law. A former Product Liability Advisory Council member, he served on the organization’s board of directors. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys hiking, watching football, and spending lots time with his family.

Effective October 3 Mr. Wolensky moves to a firm that will focus on handling and trying companies most important cases. Cases will be handled most efficiently, and with creative thought and implementation that 4 decades of experience provides.
