Daniel Marco Josephson

Daniel M. Josephson is an Of Counsel attorney with Ulwelling | Siddiqui LLP. His practice focuses on business litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property disputes, construction law, and entertainment law. Prior to joining Ulwelling | Siddiqui LLP, he was a civil litigator concentrating in real estate and eminent domain matters. Mr. Josephson has made numerous appearances in various state and federal courts, successfully advocating for his clients' interests. Mr. Josephson began his professional career as a television producer, developing documentary and educational programs for Discovery Communications and Schlessinger Media, including "Vegas Challenge," "Vegas Cops" and "Life Science in Action." Mr. Josephson also worked with Creative Artists Agency, assisting in the packaging of film projects featuring prominent writers, directors and actors. During law school, Mr. Josephson defended the interests of indigent clients through the Orange County Public Defender's Office.

Mr. Josephson is a member of several professional and legal associations, including the Orange County Bar Association, the Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society.

Mr. Josephson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University, where he graduated summa cum laude, with distinction. While at Boston University, Mr. Josephson was awarded the prestigious Scarlet Key for Leadership, Saturn Award for Exceptional Accomplishment in Teamwork, and Psychology Department Scholar Award. Mr. Josephson earned his law degree from Chapman University School of Law, where he served as an editor for the school's Nexus Law Journal.
