My experience with Chris Engles was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I often felt talked down to rather than treated with the professionalism and respect I believe every client deserves. Communication frequently came across as condescending, dismissive, and unnecessarily combativ...e. When I raised legitimate questions or concerns about my own case, I did not feel heard. Instead, I often left interactions feeling belittled, as though asking reasonable questions or seeking clarification was somehow a problem. As a client, you place an enormous amount of trust in your attorney. In my opinion, that relationship should involve clear communication, patience, professionalism, and mutual respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Chris Engles. I do want to recognize Sean Jensen, whose approach was noticeably different. In my interactions with Sean, he demonstrated professionalism, patience, and respect—the type of treatment I would expect when dealing with serious legal matters. Overall, based on my personal experience, I regret choosing this firm and wish I had worked with someone who made me feel respected and valued as a client. I cannot recommend Chris Engles based on the experience I had along with many others in the case.
