Sharmin Jalali-Bidgoli

Sharmin Jalali is the president and managing attorney at Jalali Law APC. Sharmin was born in the United States, and raised in Tehran, Iran. At 17, she returned to the United States to pursue the practice of law. Her diverse background greatly influences her creativity and strategic thinking abilities.

After becoming a resident of Orange County in 2010, she attended University of California, Irvine, appearing on the dean’s honors list every semester of her attendance until graduation. She obtained her JD at Chapman University, Fowler School of Law.

Prior to becoming a California licensed attorney in 2017, Sharmin had already obtained practical legal experience by spending numerous years working for different law firms. During this time she was familiarized with various areas of civil litigation, including without limitation, consumer law, personal injury law, construction law, employment law, bankruptcy law, transactional law, and business litigation.

At present, Sharmin is a commercial litigator whose practice extends across all areas of business litigation, with a focus on contract disputes. Jalali Law APC mainly serves businesses, from small companies and sole proprietorships to public corporations. Exposure to a wide range of services and industries has contributed tremendous value to her clients’ businesses.

Over the years, Sharmin’s practice has expanded beyond the courtroom to the boardroom, with her business clients seeking her counsel on a broad range of issues that they confront, including, business operations, management, employment, contract negotiations and transactional projects, real estate, intellectual property, business structure, corporate formalities and upkeep, regulation compliance, taxation, mergers, acquisitions, financing, and initiation or defense of business related lawsuits. Due to the nature of Jalali Law APC’s practice, Sharmin’s clients and their businesses frequently become lifetime clients of the firm.
