Donna Etemadi is a seasoned attorney and accomplished legal writer, boasting a diverse background in both law firms and corporate environments. With a focus on corporate law, data privacy, and cybersecurity, Donna has accumulated valuable experience throughout her career. She has held positions in-house and at law firms. While in-house for a prominent fashion brand, she handled a spectrum of legal matters including commercial contracts, privacy issues, and trade compliance. At law firms, she focused on corporate M&A transactions, equity financings, and data privacy and cybersecurity concerns.
