Ashley M. Teesdale

ASHLEY M. TEESDALE is an associate attorney at Marshack Hays LLP. Her practice areas include bankruptcy litigation, business and civil litigation, lender liability, and creditors’ rights.

Ms. Teesdale graduated cum laude from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in mathematics and Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2012 from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Marshack Hays, Ms. Teesdale served as a volunteer law clerk to the Honorable Mark S. Wallace and the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana Division.

During law school, Ms. Teesdale was a note and comment editor for the American University Business Law Review, for which she received an award for excellence in note and comment editing, and a line editor for the American University Criminal Law Brief. In addition to academic work, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judith Bartnoff of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and a legal extern for various government agencies, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Ms. Teesdale is admitted to practice law in California and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is member of the Orange County Bar Association.
