Bicyclist Gets Hit By Opening Car Door

Client was riding his bicycle along a busy road with parked cars along the right curb. Defendant was sitting in her car and opened her driver-side door directly into Client as he was riding past her ca ... r, which ejected Client off of his bike and into the air. He fell onto the road and landed on his left shoulder. Client broke his collar bone and was forced to undergo surgical repair. The defense denied liability relying on the Defendant's false statement that Client was sideswiped by another vehicle and pushed into her car. I called all nearby stores/offices and eventually obtained video footage of the accident which confirmed Client's story and defeated the defense's false narrative.
