Michael John Khouri

One of Michael Khouri's most impressive attributes is his responsiveness and returned phone calls. I was arrested on a Saturday evening and called him at 10.30 pm and he answered the phone and came to see me on Sunday. The difficulty was that I had a 1275 imposed and Monday was a Holiday with arraign...ment at a different court than where I was being held. The bail bondsman shared that with the three days allowed by the 1275 that it would be impossible to get out that week and in his 15 years of being in the business he has never seen it happen. Needless to say that was very depressing to hear. Mike showed up to my arraignment on Friday morning and conducted many sidebar conversations with the DA, with the presiding judge the bail bondsman and came back to me and said you will be out of here tonight and that's what took place. Is he responsive - yes or someone from his office will get back to you. He certainly kept me informed and and continues to take the time to explain the different proceedings. There is a journey ahead but I believe I am in the right hands.

I was being investigated by Medicare for Medicare Fraud and had a tough time finding anyone who knew anything about Medicare Law. I finally found Mike and he showed up at my office, knew exactly what to do and who to talk to. Mike contacted Medicare and I was able to get out of it without any penal...ties whatsoever.
