Keyvan Samini

In the last 3 years several partners and I formed a corporate entity with Mr. Samini's help in an effort to develop and commercialize a product concept. Keyvan Samini assisted us from beginning to end, and further was able to negotiate and obtain $3,000,000 in venture capital funding for our corpora...tion. The business structure he has put in place was been extremely solid and his advice was not only helpful, but in retrospect we would not have been able to succeed without his involvement and direction.

Mr. Keyvan Samini represented our company in a dispute involving the sale of a commercial property in Los Angeles. We retained another attorney at the beginning of the case, but based on a referral we retained Mr. Samini to defend us in the upcoming trial in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Sami...ni was able to prepare the case extremely well within a short period of time, interviewing witnesses, preparing exhibits and presenting the case to the jury effectively. He was extremely well spoken, especially during his closing argument. After a two week trial, we won our case.
