Jasmine Daya

Jasmine Daya is a seasoned litigation lawyer with more than two decades of experience passionately advocating for her clients in complex civil and commercial matters. She is licensed to practice law in Ontario and Alberta and is provisionally licensed in California. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance disputes, and property damage claims.

What sets Jasmine apart is her unique blend of legal and business expertise. In addition to her legal career, she is an experienced entrepreneur and investor who has owned and operated multiple businesses, including three nightclubs in downtown Toronto, and has actively invested in and managed real estate. She has also operated her own property management company overseeing her real-estate portfolio. This hands-on business background gives her practical insight into risk, operations, and financial decision-making that directly informs her legal strategy.

Jasmine holds academic degrees in economics, finance, and law, complemented by a strong accounting foundation, enabling her to analyze legal issues through both legal and financial lenses.
