Janet Lee Sanchez Powers

Our homeowners association hired Ms. Powers because we had heard that she was an experienced HOA attorney. The Board was having a internal dispute and wanted Ms. Powers to help settle its issues. Ms. Powers attended our meeting and acted like a mediator. However, her presence made the Board even more... antagonistic and did not resolve anytime. She made mountains out of molehills trying to scare us, and billed our association thousands by writing lengthy convoluted letter. I think our association would have resolved its issues with hiring Ms. Powers. Also, she does not respond to emails or phone calls quickly.
