We hired Mr.Benedetto to help us with a small claim court against our landlord. We paid him $6000.After the small court he never return our calls to finish his work to purse with the discovery as he promised . We tried stopping by his office but the lady at the office told us that the place he has a...dvertise on his business card is not his office and he only comes to pick up his mail twice a month there. We tried several other time to contact him to at least give us our documents that we gave him so we can have other attorneys continue our case but he never responded. Also, his address on this Avvo that he has does not exist
