Biography
I've been licensed to practice law in the State of California since December 2014. To date, I have exclusively represented injured plaintiffs and the vast majority of the cases I have worked on invovled physician or hospital negligence. I find medicine fascinating and thus, I feel that the investigation into whether a provider met the standard of care required by his or her specialty is one of the most interesting aspects of my practice. I've worked extensively on cases with Daniel M. Hodes, partner at Hodes Milman, LLP, and thus, I've seen cases involving care across numerous medical specialties. I've worked on cases involving surgical errors, pathology misreads, complications during labor and delivery, and missed diagnoses of disease.
