Lee was a godsend to our family as we struggled with an extremely resistant and, at times downright mean, district/staff to get a 504 for our daughter. Lee is extremely knowledgeable about Special Education and was firm with her expectations that the law be respected and followed by the school. At... the same time she was able to work effectively with everyone involved - and that included some extremely difficult staff. Not only did she get the results we hoped for, but as an added bonus her ability to work so well with the school helped to salvage our relationship with the principal such that we were able to move forward handling issues ourselves - without having to involve her in every follow up issue. On top of all her legal skills Lee is incredibly compassionate and empathetic. She was always honest and clear. I not only wish there were more lawyers like her but also more people like her!
