Xiaomin Hu

Xiaomin (Samantha) Hu is the founder and managing attorney of Law Office of Xiaomin Hu, P.C. Samantha has extensive experience in a wide variety of employment- and investment-based immigration, focusing on permanent residence options for employment - based immigration (EB1A, EB-1C, EB2, EB3), foreign investors (EB-5), nonimmigrant petitions for multinational managers and executives, professional workers and investors, (L-1, H-1B, E).

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University and graduated summa cum laude in Bachelor of Law (LL. B) from Xi’an University of Technology. While in law school, Samantha was a member of the Rex E. Lee Moot Court Team and Trial Advocacy Program. She was also the International Managing Editor for International Law and Management Review.

Before Samantha started her immigration practice, she worked for a full-service international firm in Shanghai and Miami. She has counseled and successfully represented international corporate clients in various matters such as compliance, contracts, investigation, investment and employment dispute. Samantha also worked for a boutique immigration firm in Los Angeles and Orange County assisting a variety of clients in their immigration and non-immigration petitions.
