Steven Oh

Mr. Oh is an associate practicing in the firm's Wealth Preservation and Estate Planning and Corporate and Securities groups.  His clients rely on his accounting background and legal experience for their tax and estate planning needs.  Prior to joining Palmieri Tyler, Mr. Oh worked as a tax consultant with Deloitte & Touche, where he reviewed clients' financial records and identified potential tax saving opportunities for a diverse portfolio of clients across North America including Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Oh assists high net worth individuals and business owners with wealth preservation, estate planning and estate administration.  He also assists clients with the creation of entity structures that meet their need for new or existing ventures focusing on the income, estate and property tax impact of the structure.

Mr. Oh also volunteers his time and lends his experience to the Bet Tzedek Clinic in Los Angeles, assisting clients with estate planning and probate matters.

While in law school, Mr. Oh externed at the Internal Revenue Service and represented the IRS in cases that came within the Small Case Procedures of the U.S. Tax Court.  He also received First Honors Awards for obtaining the highest grade in Business Association and Mediation.
