Roberto R. Martinez

Robert R. Martinez is an attorney in Klinedinst’s Irvine office. He has represented institutional clients in state and federal courts in a wide range of civil matters, including general commercial liability, consumer law, and title litigation.

Mr. Martinez began his practice in 2016 representing banking institutions, lenders and servicers in litigation involving title disputes, protecting against nationwide mortgage relief scams, and defending against wrongful foreclosure actions. He has also defended retailers, dealerships, transportation companies, and distributors against personal injury, premises liability, consumer law, breach of contract, and fraud lawsuits.
