Omar Hashim

Mr. Hashim focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, real estate transactions and tax.

In his corporate practice, Mr. Hashim represents a variety of clients ranging from emerging companies to established corporations as well as private equity and venture capital funds.  Mr. Hashim advises clients in a wide spectrum of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring and governance, equity and debt financing, and contractual negotiations. 

Mr. Hashim also assists individuals in estate planning (wills and trusts), estate administration and wealth preservation.  Mr. Hashim often draws upon his corporate law and tax expertise to create and implement tax strategies and business succession strategies that will serve generations to come.
