As a budding entrepreneur I've had the fortunate problem that young growing companies face where there are too many responsibilities for a small staff to do leading to not having all the necessary policies in place to safely protect our company against unethical players. An action taken towards our c...ompany forced me to quickly need a lawyer to help represent us in a legal matter. Josh was recommended to me by my best friend who has worked with him before and was very satisfied. I had reached out to Josh a year ago regarding a review of a 1099 contract (which in the end fell through and so I did not contract him then).
